Wassser S.A.E., hereafter "Wasser", whose address is Vía de las Dos Castillas 33, Edificio 3, 28224 Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid) and fiscal code C.I.F No. A-28955110, is the titleholder of the Website wasser.es (hereafter the "Website").

Wasser guarantees the protection of all data of a personal nature provided by Users on the Website, and, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law 15/1999, dated December 13th, and Development Royal Decree 1720/2007, dated December 21st, as well as the remaining applicable regulations, would like to inform you that:

a) All personal data provided to Wasser will be treated in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law 15/1999, dated December 13th, and Development Royal Decree 1720/2007, dated December 21st, and will be incorporated in the WEBSITE USERS’ record, created and maintained under the responsibility of Wasser, which is duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

b) The data is collected with the objective of managing, studying and resolving consultations, as well as that which is described on the respective online forms.

c) Appropriate security measures are taken regarding the collection and treatment of personal data in order to avoid the loss, unauthorized access, or manipulation of said data, in accordance with Royal Decree 1720/2007, dated December 21st.

d) Wasser is obligated to protect any confidential information to which it has access.

e) Wasser will not employ, under any circumstances, data of a personal nature that Users make available in order to provide services to third parties other than those mentioned in Section b) of this document, or, where appropriate, for personal use.

f) Users certify that they are over 14 years of age, and therefore possess the necessary legal capacity to provide consent regarding the treatment of their personal data, in conformance with the established current Privacy Policy.

g) Users may, at any time, exercise their rights to access, correct, cancel or oppose their personal data, as well as the revocation of their consent for any of the aforementioned objectives, by sending Wasser a signed, written letter to our mailing address as indicated above, which clearly constitutes your contact information, and which must be accompanied by a photocopy of your National Identification Document or Fiscal Identification accrediting your identity.

h) Users authorize the automatic treatment of their personal data provided in the terms indicated above. In order to do so, press the "SEND" button that can be found at the end of the data collection form.
